Frontend Developer
Remote / Arlington, TX
We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer to craft pixel-perfect, high-performance web experiences. You will own the UI layer end-to-end — from interactive animations to type-safe form validation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive React applications with TypeScript
- Implement complex GSAP scroll animations and micro-interactions
- Design and validate forms using Zod schemas paired with react-hook-form
- Manage global state with Redux Toolkit and RTK Query
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma mocks into living components
- Write unit and integration tests using Vitest and Testing Library
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional React / TypeScript experience
- Solid understanding of Zod schema validation
- Experience with Redux Toolkit or equivalent state management
- Familiarity with GSAP or Framer Motion for animations
- Strong CSS fundamentals — Tailwind CSS is a plus
- Good eye for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Backend Developer
Remote / Arlington, TX
Join our server-side team building reliable, scalable APIs that power client products. You will design microservices, manage databases, and ensure high availability for production workloads.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js (Fastify) and/or Python (FastAPI)
- Model and optimize PostgreSQL schemas; write efficient queries
- Implement caching strategies with Redis to reduce database load
- Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
- Write comprehensive tests — unit, integration, and contract tests
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend development with Node.js or Python
- Strong SQL skills — query optimization, indexing, migrations
- Experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with Redis and caching patterns
- Proficiency with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a strong plus

DevOps Engineer
Remote
Help us build and maintain the infrastructure backbone that keeps our clients' products running 24/7. You will own CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and observability tooling.
Responsibilities
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (and occasionally Azure/GCP) using Terraform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes (EKS)
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and dashboards in Datadog / CloudWatch
- Enforce security best practices — IAM least-privilege, secrets management, VPC design
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose and resolve production incidents
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, EKS)
- Strong Terraform / IaC skills; can write and review complex modules
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
- Proficiency with at least one CI/CD platform (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Scripting ability in Bash or Python for automation tasks
- AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Professional certification is a plus
QA Engineer
Remote / Arlington, TX
Be the quality gatekeeper for a diverse portfolio of client products. You will design test strategies, write automated suites, and advocate for quality at every stage of the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain end-to-end test suites using Playwright and/or Cypress
- Perform API testing with Postman and validate contract expectations
- Write detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports in Jira
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality checks
- Conduct exploratory, regression, and smoke testing before each release
- Work closely with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria
Requirements
- 2+ years of QA experience covering both manual and automated testing
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress for E2E automation
- Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools like Jira
- Strong written communication for clear, reproducible bug reports
- ISTQB Foundation certification is a nice-to-have
